Is the Universe telling me something?

Suddenly everything is happening really fast. I decided to set up my wellness business only a few weeks ago - the 7th of December 2022 to be exact. I thought I should formalise my yoga teaching, something I have facilitated on and off for years. I also thought about all the other skills I had as a teacher. I have always been a 'helper' and a 'healer' and although I looked into becoming a Psychotherapist, it wasn't for me. Then all of a sudden, an idea came to me - a tree. Tetetoterretherapies was born. Tete for head, the mind is so amazing at controlling a lot of what we do and think. It can be our best friend but also our worst enemy. With a background in Psychology, I wanted to use my knowledge to look at ways to improve our mind's ability to help us achieve happiness. I came across life coaching and NLP courses and found these complimented each other perfectly and also were grounded in a lot of Psychology theories that I learnt and taught. Within days, I found my Yoga Gurus - Samyrtha and Preetika and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Terre for ground - yoga roots you.

So what is the Universe telling me?

That the time is now to take the plunge and launch my website. I have just started my 300 hour yoga teacher training and I needed my social media links up and running - that included my website. Did I need it up and running? It did feel that way and although I didn't want to formally launch my website until Easter 2023 when I will have completed more of my PT, Reiki and Reflexology qualifications, NOW seems to be what the Universe keeps saying! So here goes. This is it! My website is now live and I hope people who need my help find me.
