Tetetoterretherapies Running Club

I love running. Even when I am in the middle of a long run, wondering if I can make it to the end, I still love it!  The running club is for anyone who is interested in starting, maintaining, improving running!  I am not a fast runner but I am a steady runner with races (5K - marathon) and triathlon experiences.

The running club is available for anyone in the North East of England for the local runs.  If you are not local, you can still subscribe and get the training plans and newsletters.  I take part in a range of races throughout the year so it may be that I sign up to a local race to you and we train and run that together!

Starting Out

You may have decided that this is the year you start running but are daunted by friends and colleagues who 'make it look easy'.  Join me for a weekend run (free as a try out) or subscribe to the club (£10 for the year).

Specific Goal

Having trained for marathons and triathlons, I have over 20 years of training experience that I offer you!  I can create bespoke training programs linked to nutrition and PT. Contact me with your goals and find out what I can do for you.  See the Nutrition and PT sections for price indications.

Running Group

Running Club Subscription

For £10 a year you will get:

  • 60 minute weekly run with the group 

  • Runs will be laps of an area so you can do as many as you want in the time

  • Runs will be in parks in and around Northumberland/Newcastle upon Tyne

  • Simple training plans for different distances

  • News on up and coming races

  • Fortnightly newsletter with hints and tips
